2. Description of Service

TheMarketSnap is an AI-powered market data and analytics platform for the Indian stock market. We provide automated market reports, portfolio tracking, and AI-generated summaries.

Important: TheMarketSnap is NOT registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) as an Investment Advisor (IA) or Research Analyst (RA). Nothing on this Platform constitutes investment advice, stock recommendations, or a solicitation to buy or sell securities.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid plans are billed on a quarterly or yearly basis via Razorpay. All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are available within 3 calendar days of purchase, subject to a processing fee deduction. See our Refund Policy for full details.

6. No Investment Advice Disclaimer

All data, AI-generated content, reports, and tools on this Platform are strictly for educational and informational purposes. They do not constitute financial advice, investment recommendations, or research reports under SEBI regulations. You should consult a SEBI-registered Investment Advisor before making any investment decisions. TheMarketSnap shall not be liable for any trading losses incurred based on information from this Platform.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and AI-generated outputs on the Platform are owned by TheMarketSnap or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TheMarketSnap and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to financial losses from trading decisions.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
