1. Digital-Only Service
TheMarketSnap is a 100% digital platform. We do not sell, ship, or deliver any physical goods or products. All services are delivered electronically through our website and digital channels.
2. Service Delivery
Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the following digital services based on your subscription plan:
- Dashboard access: instant access to market data, indices, top gainers/losers, and market overview.
- WhatsApp daily report: daily portfolio snap (text + PDF) delivered to your opted-in WhatsApp number by 7 PM IST every trading day (Pro & Elite).
- Portfolio swing alerts: WhatsApp alert when your portfolio crosses your configured threshold (Elite).
- Snap.AI on web & WhatsApp: AI market-intelligence assistant on the dashboard, with WhatsApp reply support (Elite).
- Trade Journal: log up to 300 trades / month with screenshots, R-multiples, and stats (Elite).
- Email fallback: portfolio summary PDFs are still emailed if WhatsApp delivery is unavailable or you opt out.
3. Activation Timeline
All paid plan features are activated immediately upon successful payment confirmation. There is no waiting period or manual activation step.
4. Delivery Channels
- Web: all features are accessible at themarketsnap.com via any modern web browser.
- WhatsApp: daily snap, swing alerts, and Snap.AI replies via the WhatsApp Cloud API to your opted-in number. Stop anytime by replying STOP or by toggling delivery in Account Settings.
- Email: verification, password reset, and payment confirmations to your registered email; portfolio PDFs as a fallback if WhatsApp is unavailable.
5. Service Availability
The platform is available 24/7. Market data and AI reports are refreshed on trading days only (Monday to Friday, excluding Indian stock market holidays). The WhatsApp daily snap is sent after market close, by 7 PM IST.
6. No Physical Shipments
Since TheMarketSnap is entirely digital, there are no shipping charges, delivery timelines for physical goods, or return logistics involved. For concerns about service access or digital delivery, please refer to our Refund Policy.
