How do I create a portfolio?

Go to your Dashboard and click on Portfolio in the navigation. From there, click the "+" button to create a new portfolio, give it a name, and start adding stocks using the search bar.

What's included in the free plan?

The free plan includes access to the market dashboard, 1 portfolio with up to 10 stocks, and a free daily post-market report. You can upgrade anytime to unlock more portfolios, AI chat, and Snap.AI.

How do I upgrade my plan?

Go to Settings and click on Billing, or navigate directly to the Billing page from the header dropdown. Compare plans, choose monthly, quarterly, or yearly billing, and complete payment via Razorpay.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Settings, then Billing. If you have an active paid subscription, you will see a Cancel button. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, you can request a full refund within 3 calendar days of your purchase. Go to Settings, then Billing, and click the Refund button if eligible. After 3 days, you can cancel but no refund is issued.

What is Snap.AI?

Snap.AI is our AI-powered market intelligence chat, available exclusively on the Elite plan. Ask it anything about Indian markets — indices, sectors, news, IPOs, global impact — and get detailed answers backed by real market data.

How does the referral program work?

Share your unique referral link with friends. When someone signs up and their account is activated, both you and your friend receive 30 days of Pro access. Reach milestones (5 and 10 referrals) for bonus rewards like extra portfolio slots and Elite access.

How do I change my password?

Go to Settings and click on the Security tab. You can change your password directly by entering your current password and choosing a new one. Alternatively, you can request a password reset link via email.
